Our idea of "100% Natural Ice Cream" arises from the intent to create recipes starting from the processing of raw materials, without the use of preparations or semi-finished products.

A deeply natural product, free of thickeners, dyes and chemical aromas, using only selected and high quality raw materials.

Therefore, Carmen decides to deepen her knowledge with the support, help, study and practice of the "GELATO NATURALE ACADEMY", which will support us in the opening and in the following years in our "100% natural ice cream corner" .
